Ownership of your digital asset and the property rights associated with the specific 1/1 eyewear design representing your Access Token, becomes the property of the Access Token holder, to be used, repurposed or replicated within the boundaries of the terms and conditions to be set out by DEPARTMNT (more on that to be announced before the drop).
