DEPARTMNT Access Tokens: The DEPARTMNT Dashboard
Overview
The DEPARTMNT Dashboard is where users and holders will manage the DEPARTMNT Experience & Access Tokens.
Users will be able to access a limited number of features in the dashboard after creating a user account.
Holders will be able to access a wider range of features depending on the level of Access Tokens held by the holder. Only Access Token holders will have exclusive access to the full dashboard, a place where users manage their profile/assets and access exclusive content.
In the dashboard, DEPARTMNT holders will be able to manage all of the activities and actions available to them as detailed in the image below. The DEPARTMNT access chip (DAC) inside the physical Access Token will direct your smart device to your dashboard login, where you will connect your wallet to authenticate your ownership of the digital and physical asset. Once connected, you will be able to access the features available to you.
The DEPARTMNT Dashboard's features and functionality will be updated throughout the course of our roadmap. In the first instance of our dashboard you will be able to manage the following functionality:
Holder – Phase 1 Functionality
Asset Manager: here you can view and check the points value of your Access Tokens, redeem the physical asset (when redemption is made available), download its 3D model file, access unique filters where you can wear your asset, and manage housekeeping in order to keep your wallet tidy.
Account Settings: here you will be able to manage your account settings such as username, social channels, shipping details and more.
View Metadata: here you will be able to inspect your token’s ID, name, description and any other details that DEPARTMNT deems significant that are described in its metadata. In addition, the images and other ‘primary’ digital assets that give your token its value are frequently linked to a token's metadata.
View POAPs: here you will be able to view all of the POAPs (proof of attendance protocols) which have been acquired through your participation in the DEPARTMNT experience. These are awarded for interactions such as attending an event, IRL or online, consuming content, or other interactions which will be revealed in due course.
Once our first Access Token’s launch cycle has been completed, our second iteration of the DEPARTMNT dashboard will be released and you will be able to manage the following functionality:

Vault: here holders will be able to stake their assets in the DEPARTMNT vault to earn PRIVs. More can be read on the DEPARTMNT vault and staking later in this paper.

PRIV Exchange: here users will be able to exchange their PRIVs earned through staking or participation in the DEPARTMNT experience for a range of benefits depending on the sum of PRIVs available. Some of these benefits may include but are not limited to: whitelist access, lucky dips, Access Tokens, products and other exclusive benefits.
Future Functionality
DEPARTMNT has high ambitions for our dashboard and how this interfaces with our product technology. We have produced a technical roadmap, which is subject to change due to volatile market forces and conditions. In addition to this, our tech requirements are agile, to ensure we can deliver maximum value to our community. For now, we will keep future functionality under wraps to ensure market competitiveness, as bringing this tech to market is a matter of speed to market.
