001: DEPARTMNT genesis collection. Coming Q2 2023.

DEPARTMNT’s genesis collection of Access Tokens will be non-fungible tokens minted via an ERC-721 contract. All 2000 tokens will be minted in a hide-and-reveal format. The allocation will be spread across two key distribution channels, a whitelist and a lucky dip draw as shown in the mint allocation below:

Mint passes can be obtained by the following methods:

Whitelist

Our whitelist will be made available through several mechanisms later to be released. Users will have to meet eligibility requirements to obtain this type of mint pass. Whitelist mint passes will range in benefits where users can mint before the official start date, receive our Access Tokens at discounted prices, or even have exclusive access to mints.

On the mint day, whitelisted participants will have 24 hours to mint their DEPARTMNT Access Token directly from the DEPARTMNT website. Only one Access Token will be available per person; if one wishes to own more, they can be purchased on the secondary market. Any un-minted tokens will be offered to waitlisted participants (those next in line for a whitelist spot).

Once all tokens have been minted, the process of revealing and redeeming tokens and their counterpart experiences will begin. How you use your Access Token is up to you.

Public Raffle

The public raffle will be available on DEPARTMNT’s website at a later announced date. Be quick, because these will sell out fast.

The majority of mint passes will be distributed via a public raffle. To ensure fair distribution, each entry will be required to verify a Twitter and Discord account. Entrants into the raffle will be required to complete a few basic tasks and will receive confirmation that their wallet address has been entered into the raffle. Before the mint day, the raffle will be held, and winners will be required to confirm their desire to participate in the mint. A secondary list of waitlisted participants drawn from the same raffle will have exclusive access to any unminted access tokens.
