Collaboration
DEPARTMNT is aiming to work with collaborators to create objects of desire, Access Tokens and experiential events that add to the DEPARTMNT experience. We will work with collaborating partners to do this.
There are two collaborative ‘partner types’ DEPARTMNT have identified as required in the creation of a DEPARTMNT Access Tokens or Events or Experiences:
Brand Collaborations with (usually) well-known brands or entities who will help facilitate either a DEPARTMNT Access Token, Event or Experiences creation.
Creator Community Collaborations with a highly creative, but (usually) a relatively unknown creator, a "hidden gem" of an individual who ideally (but not exclusively) is drawn from the DEPARTMNT community.
The types of projects DEPARTMNT aims to collaborate on:
Co-Branded Collaboration of Access Tokens or events or experiences.
Physical and Digital super rare Access Token or highly exclusive events or experience collaborations.
Physical and Digital mint drop Access Tokens or Access Tokens that can be earnt and are winnable through the PRIV/TOA system.
Experiential collaborations.
Avatar and environment collaborations.
How our collaboration system works:
DEPARTMNT work with the collaborator to create and plan systems. We do this by:
Taking this collaboration creation to a major 3rd party brand to roll it out and make it massive.
By self-funding via the DEPARTMNT treasury, co-funding with the collaborator, or from the community using the community to fund and scale the project.
The results from collaborations are:
We help a relatively unknown hidden gem become a creative prince, giving them the attention they deserve all thanks to the Web3 community.
We help a community member as a thank you, facilitating and materialising this person's creative vision.
We bring some genuinely fresh and original creations into the world, not more commercial or predictable stuff.
